1. What products are covered by the Cocoweb warranty?

All Cocoweb products and accessories in their original packaging are covered against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally according to Cocoweb’s guidelines.

2. How long does the warranty last?

  • Lighting Products: 2 years from the purchase date*

3. What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear or natural aging of the product
  • Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents
  • Accidents, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquakes, or extreme weather
  • Use outside of Cocoweb’s published guidelines
  • Modifications or repairs by anyone other than an authorized Cocoweb representative
  • Use with non-Cocoweb products
  • Consumable parts (e.g., batteries), unless failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship

4. What will Cocoweb do if my product is defective?

Cocoweb may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product with new or refurbished parts of equivalent quality
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished product that is functionally equivalent
  • Refund the prorated purchase price.

5. How do I get warranty service?

  • Contact a Cocoweb representative if your product isn’t working properly
  • They will determine if your product qualifies for warranty service and explain the next steps

6. How does the warranty service work?

  • Eligible products may need to be sent to an authorized service location. Customers pay shipping to Cocoweb.
  • After service, Cocoweb returns the product to you
  • Some issues may be resolved without returning the product (e.g., replacing a power adapter), in which case Cocoweb will ship the replacement part with instructions

Cocoweb may update service methods, parts availability, and response times. Shipping and handling fees may apply depending on the service method.

7. What about international orders?

  • International customers are responsible for shipping fees to receive replacement products
  • Customers can request replacements to be shipped to a U.S. address at no charge and arrange separate shipping to their destination
