22" LED Grand Piano Lamp - Black/Brass Accents

I have been a piano teacher for over 50 years and during that time have tried various types of lighting for my piano studio. With the exception of overhead lighting, which I used in my former studio, the Conoco Lamp which I purchased on the recommendation from one of my student's parents (he had purchased one and was delighted with it) is by far the best lamp I have ever used. My students are very pleased with how the light shines over the entire page. Thank you Amazon for being so prompt in sending the lamp to me.

After looking at dozens of piano lamps. We went with the Conoco lamp. Not only does it offer great lighting, it looks absolutely beautiful sitting on our piano. It enhances the great look of our baby grand piano.

I received it. This is the lamp I've been looking for. REALLY nice. Great service, too.

Initially we bought the 19" Cocoweb Piano Lamp Portable 19" LED Piano Lamp, Black w/Brass Accent. That lamp, because of its design, (and the design of our Yamaha C3 music bench) would not illuminate the entire sheet of music from top to bottom unless the shade was adjusted (rotated) out...and then the LEDs shined directly into our eyes. Instead of simply returning the lamp, we called Cocoweb customer service and found out what a great company this is. After explaining the issue to the tech, he immediately suggested two other solutions for us: a 14" lamp with a gooseneck arm between the lamp and clamp, and this 22" lamp, where the radius of the attachment arms is about twice that of the 19" lamp. We chose this one and can only say "wow!" Not only is the lamp more suitable because of the attachment arm radius, it also has a height adjustment which we've set to accommodate some of the larger page-size, antique sheet music pieces we use. The light quality and quantity is superb and because of the design of this model, it also illuminates the keyboard, without any light overflow into our eyes. We absolutely, without reservation, recommend this lamp! One final word about Cocoweb: not only was the customer service tech helpful in understanding and suggesting solutions to our issue with the first lamp, he went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. After making the decision to try this lamp, the first question he asked was "how can WE do this?" I suggested going back through Amazon. His comment was that if we needed any additional help, to just call him. Overall, a very satisfying customer experience.

I received my new light today and it is absolutley perfect!! It's everything I had hoped it to be and then some! Very sleek and classy looking. Bright but doesn't cause glaring. Highly recommend this light!! Thank you for your attention to detail. It is beautiful.

Would be even nicer if the lamp could dim. But I give it a 5 star as it really serves the purpose well. Very cool temperature even after 2-3 hours on time.

Seemed as tho' the lamps which fit our needs for our console were all labeled for use on grands, largely due to the fold down music stand on a grand. Our console has a fixed music stand so why wouldn't a "grand light" work? Answer: it does. Whether or not the stand folds down has little to do with the light's function. We put the grand light on our console's fixed music stand and it works fine. -- Still can't believe the high cost of those lights, but if you can get past that, they do the job.

This is a long waiting for piano lamp for me. After using a couple of other ones over the years, I like to say this is exactly the one if I were to design a piano lamp. I had been playing for so many years without the right light and this one does it all---it looks elegant in my living room sitting on my piano.
