Have you ever watched fog thread itself between trees and mountains and felt the world slow for a moment? I painted Whispers of Haze from that quiet place — when crisp blue air meets the warmth of autumn and peaks stand solemn above a drifting forest. I poured hours into layering color and texture, letting translucent washes and delicate glazing suggest mist while textured detailing defines snow on rock and the larch’s golden glow. The process became a meditation... a careful negotiation between sky, stone, and tree.

This original landscape presents a contemplative mood: clear, cool sky; snow-dusted summits; and a forest that shifts from deep greens to rust and amber as the season changes.
