Description
Peekaboo, Grand Teton National Park, by Ruby Hour Photo Art ~ Marcela Herdova
A lone moose stands at the edge of the willows in Grand Teton National Park, its massive form both quiet and commanding. The long legs disappear into grasses darkened by shadow, while the broad body absorbs the muted light of the valley. Antlers rise like weathered branches, textured and uneven, carrying the weight of seasons past. Behind the animal, the Tetons remain distant and restrained, their presence suggested rather than proclaimed, allowing the moose to hold the frame. A moment where wilderness pauses, and the quiet authority of the moose defines the landscape around it.
Print Options
Prints mounted on Aluminom Dibond offer a long-lasting, gallery-ready piece. The photographs are printed on a matte paper which reduces reflections (using Fuji Crystal Archive DP II paper) and then mounted on Aluminum Dibond (so not infused on metal). Aluminum Dibond is a 0.11 in. (3mm) thick composite material with three layers. Two white-coated aluminum plates enclose a black polyethylene core. Viewed from the sides, the material appears black. Although extremely robust, Aluminum Dibond has a low weight, meaning it is also perfect for large-format pieces. You photo print is laminated with a UV and dust protective thin film and mounted on the Aluminum Dibond.
Prints mounted on Aluminum Dibond backing arrive ready to hang with aluminum rails attached to the back for easy installation out of the box.
