Description
Merganser Ducks on the Snake River, Grand Teton National Park, by Ruby Hour Photo Art ~ Marcela Herdova
Gliding gracefully along the shimmering waters of the Snake River, a small group of merganser ducks drifts in quiet harmony with the current. Their sleek forms cut through the mirrored surface, leaving delicate ripples that catch the morning light. Behind them, the majestic Teton Range rises in solemn grandeur, its reflection softly blending with the river’s silver-blue sheen. The air is crisp, filled with the distant murmur of flowing water and the rustle of aspen leaves along the banks. In this tranquil scene, the mergansers move with effortless elegance — a living expression of the wild serenity that defines Grand Teton National Park.
Print Options
Prints mounted on Aluminom Dibond offer a long-lasting, gallery-ready piece. The photographs are printed on a matte paper which reduces reflections (using Fuji Crystal Archive DP II paper) and then mounted on Aluminum Dibond (so not infused on metal). Aluminum Dibond is a 0.11 in. (3mm) thick composite material with three layers. Two white-coated aluminum plates enclose a black polyethylene core. Viewed from the sides, the material appears black. Although extremely robust, Aluminum Dibond has a low weight, meaning it is also perfect for large-format pieces. You photo print is laminated with a UV and dust protective thin film and mounted on the Aluminum Dibond.
Prints mounted on Aluminum Dibond backing arrive ready to hang with aluminum rails attached to the back for easy installation out of the box.
