Description
This painting was created on location while visiting family in Hersersonville, North Carolina, during the height of the fall season along Valley Vista Road. I was drawn to the scene as the hillside
became illuminated with autumn color, while relections in the water added a dramatic focal point.
The work was completed in one sitting to allow me to capture the golden, glowing light as it moved across the landscape. The painting was executed on linen mounted on board for easy transportation and
durability to preserve the freshness and energy of the moment.
The painting is available unframed, as most of my paintings to allow collectors flexibility to frame it according to their individual needs and preferences.
